The DCCP has several resources that assist the hosting parish in planning the Archdiocese Convention or Diocesan PLC:

Planning Manuals 

The Archdiocese Convention and Diocesan Parish Life Conference Hosts should use the following DCCP approved manuals to assist in planning:

• Archdiocese Convention Manual

• Diocese Parish Life Conference Manual

DCCP & Antiochian Events Policies and Procedures

• Blast Email Guidelines: guidelines for using the blast email system provided by AE Team

• Checklist and Requirements: Itemized checklist & requirements that must be submitted for each AE platform (i.e., Mobile app, Website, etc.)

• Close Out: the procedure to close out the PLC/Convention within the AE System

• Mandatory Guidelines and Procedures: AE Guidelines and Procedures for each platform (i.e., Mobile app, Website, etc.)

• Policies and Requirements: DCCP policies & requirements for all PLC’s/Conventions

• Vendor Policy and Procedure: Requirements for all approved PLC/Convention Vendors

Conference/Convention Logo

Based on DCCP Policy, only the Archdiocese approved PLC/Convention logo may be used in promoting the PLC/Convention. The logo is available in high resolution (print quality).

Form Templates

The DCCP and Antiochian Events have developed standardized Form Templates.  To make updates, you will need the associated software application for the specific template (i.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Publisher (not available on Mac computers) or Microsoft Word (all available in Office 365 suite together). It is recommended to have someone familiar with these applications update the Templates and utilize the Form Template Instruction Sheet to assist you.
