Antiochian Events

Antiochian Events (AE) system provides one unified and uniform system for all PLCs and the Biennial Archdiocese Convention, as mandated by the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America, Department of Conventions and Conference Planning (DCCP). The DCCP is empowered to manage, set policy, and oversee the Diocesan PLC and Archdiocese Convention.

The AE System is comprised of the following components:

• Management Database System (including Online Registration)

• Mobile App

• PLC/Convention Website

Below are mandatory instructions and requirements for Antiochian Events, as approved by the DCCP.  This information is for the PLC Coordinator & Host Parish to ensure compliance with guidelines and requirements. Click the respective item to download it:
