Antiochian Events (AE) is under the jurisdiction of the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America, Department of Conventions and Conference Planning (DCCP).  The DCCP is empowered to manage, set policy, and oversee the Diocesan Parish Life Conference's (PLC) and Biennial Archdiocese Convention (CONVENTION).

AE provides one unified system for all PLC and CONVENTION, managed by the AE Team as mandated by the DCCP.  Host parishes can post and present information relative to their specific PLC or Convention. Only information directly related to the PLC or Convention is to be placed on the AE System.

The AE System is comprised of the following components (email addresses in links):

• Mobile App
• PLC/Convention Website 

Listed below are Mandatory Instructions and Requirements for Antiochian Events, as approved by the DCCP.  This information set forth is for the PLC Coordinator and Host Parishes, to ensure their compliance with guidelines and requirements.  Click the respective item to download it:  

• Blast Email Guidelines - guidelines for using the Blast Email system that is provided by the AE Team. 
• Checklist and Requirements - Itemized checklist and requirements for each AE platform that need to be submitted in order for AE to setup the PLC or CONVENTION.
